March Madness....

It ended up being a beautiful weekend....so we decided it would be nice to take Preston on his first picnic and outing to Bledsoe Creek State Park! So we called up my parents and asked if they wanted to join us! What a great idea it turned out to be! It was so gorgeous....

We ate some great fried chicken, macaroni salad and some chips and salsa! YUM-O! And mom made some awesome brownies! I think Preston REALLY enjoyed it! Ever since he was born he has LOVED to be outside! And Uncle Jason was able to come too.... :) What a special treat!

He sang songs to us while playing his guitar...... Preston enjoyed every bit of it!

We also took a stroll on the trails!

11 months old...already?

I still can't believe how fast time flies..... here we are March 15, 2011 & Preston is already 11 months old!! WOW! Where is my little baby???? He's a little boy now! I think I am going to cry.....

Well it's official Preston has started finding knobs and everything else!! He has started pulling up! He is just getting so BIG!

2-19-11 Fun weekend with Uncle Jason, DeDe, & cousin Jude!

Preston went on a little ride with cousin Jude at Sam's! Who knew that their carts had double seats in the front! They LOVED sitting beside each other! And Jude entertained Preston and fed him puffs! Jude would eat a hand full and then Preston would be just sitting and waiting for his turn and Jude would give him just one! Preston was like a little bird! What a fun little trip to the grocery we had!

Poor baby!!

A few pictures from Preston's FIRST "real" big sickness since the hospital!

RSV......He had to have breathing treatments, which he DOES NOT like!! YIKES!

But ALL better now!!! :) We do not want that again...........

Preston's FIRST Valentine's Day!!!!

Well.....Preston's first Valentine's day wasn't exactly how I would have liked it to be.....he was stuck at home for over a week with a bad case of RSV! :( Poor baby

(But he still let me take a few pictures to capture the moment!)

Mommy had to go back to work after being off for so long with him while he was sick.....so he was able to spend Valentine's Day with one of his favs!!! His Great Aunt Pam!

He just LOVES her.....I think he really remembers her from the hospital and her staying with him all the time during his first months of life!

January happenings.....

Preston started sleeping on his belly with his booty in the air!

So CUTE!!!


We started painting Preston's room in the new house! FINALLY! The paint that was in there from the previous little boy was cute....but it just did NOT match! So Matt had to do the same design as we had done before in our old house!

PLEASE ignore the HUGE amount of laundry in the picture...I was not home when Matt painted and I did not know he took a picture with the laundry in it! YIKES!
